Examining the Intentions
In the past, officers used to handle cases where criminals were found to be using animals to commit their crimes. And Cindy’s case matches that of a criminal, an adult taking advantage of a vulnerable animal for their own gain. But this time it was different, as the police were dealing with a young girl and her pet. The police were determined to find out if she had truthful intentions with her cat or if she was using it to commit crimes.
