Pugs make an interesting entry on to this list. The breed is beloved by their owners, partially for their utterly adorable appearance and particularly because of their burning loyalty. However, they can also be incredibly hard to train and overly sensitive, especially if harsh methods are used when training. This can lead to behavior lapses that some could describe as “dumb.”
