Emma smiled and walked over, kneeling beside her son. “She’s beautiful,” she murmured, studying the cat. “What shall we name her?”
Sam pondered for a moment before deciding, “Josey! She looks like a Josey.” Emma chuckled softly and nodded. “Josey it is, then.”
