Jason quickly grabbed what he could out of the fridge. He set out a bowl of clean, fresh water and opened a can of tuna.
It was all he could think of. From what he saw in cartoons, cats loved tuna.
He set the bowls down and watched as the cat gobbled the tuna up, and he drank the water until there was almost nothing left in the bowl. Jason’s heart sank.
