Loud Meowing

Some nights, as Jason lay sleeping in bed, he would be awakened by loud meowing. When he looked out of his bedroom window, he could see the cat sitting on the back porch and meowing in the darkness.
Although he felt very sorry for the cat, the meowing was keeping him out of sleep.
He resorted to getting up in the early hours to give it some warm milk. But after all that, it didn’t work.
