Neither the groomers nor the other staff saw the signs. It was no problem for them to take her “cat” in for a groom. “Just an hour,” explained the groomer. Little did they know what was truly happening.
After Carlita returned to the store, she saw that all hell had broken loose. One of the groomers was crying and clutching a towel to their arm to soak up the blood.
What on earth could have happened in under an hour?
