16. Catahoula Leopard Dog
Even though their fur patterns and eye colors vary quite a bit, you can always recognize a Catahoula Leopard dog. These dogs look like dogs but bark like wolves, according to an early Spanish explorer. In spite of the fact that the breed has evolved a bit, it is still known as an outstanding herding dog with a unique approach to achieving their goals. Keeping them as a family pet is also an excellent choice.
