19. Catalburun
A rather distinctive type of Turkish Pointer, the Catalburun is one of the most unusual dogs in the world due to its unusual appearance. According to their Turkish name, they have a two-sided nose, which is a feature that doesn’t give them a better sense of smell than other dogs. Although their noses are not perfect, they are still excellent hunting dogs. In the rest of the world, Catalburuns are largely unknown, but they are celebrated in Turkey.
