Look, just because a dog has joined the list of domesticated breeds, it doesn’t mean you should get one. Some dogs have way too many “wild dog” genes running through their veins, and the New Guinea Singing Dog is one of them.
If you have experience handling temperamental dogs, then it shouldn’t be a problem. If not, you’re better off staying away from them. These dogs can bond with their human owner, but they’re a handful — and they don’t get along with other pets.
