Communicating with a Close Companion
Cindy considered phoning the police, but ultimately concluded they wouldn’t be able to assist her now that she’d recovered the money. She didn’t really misplace it or have it stolen. There was no longer any room for that thought in her mind. She decided to contact a buddy instead. Her subsequent actions after making that phone call to her buddy, however, are absolutely astounding.
