11. Tucker: From skinny stray puppy to smiling dog
Tucker was found staggering along the street in South Carolina, just before it was too late for him and his parents to rescue him. When he was handed over to his future owner, based on his breed mix, he should have weighed around 15 pounds. However, he only weighed 8 pounds. Now he’s so loved that his owner claims he can’t stop grinning all the time. His parents have also found a new home.
