Finalizing the adoption
After calling and telling her boyfriend Jake the wonderful news, Emily returned home. The next morning, Emily and Jake were at the shelter in Yellow Springs, Ohio bright and early to get the cat. They stopped for lunch on the way to the shelter and marveled at how much they loved one other as they gazed at each other across the table.
