The Police Arrive
When the police arrived, they were just as surprised as Ben was. They decided to investigate further and went down to the basement.

They found a small, makeshift bed and a few personal belongings. It was clear that someone had been living down there for quite some time. There were never any reports from neighbors about any disturbances.
