For the first two years, it was Billy and Rio, best friends forever. The young man struggled to find his ground when he was on his own but luckily, having a loyal friend through it all eased the pain.
Rio was there for all of the monumental moments in Billy’s life. Including his first date with Erica and the birth of their newest family member, Tim.
