#10. Swishing Tail

Cats use their body language to communicate with other cats and humans. The tail especially plays an important part in their communication. How their tail is moving actually has different meanings, too.

A swishy tail means they’re aroused, either due to anger or play. This is a warning for an approaching attack. So, if you see your cat holding their body low and its tail swishing, watch out! They are probably about to pounce.
